The Kent Nerd Party is an annual nerd celebration event that gets bigger and bigger every year! While it started in our store, it has grown to include most of west meeker street and a large portion of 1st AVE! The Nerd Party promotes downtown local, small businesses by highlighting nerd culture in a street-wide event.  Small businesses between 2^{nd &} 4^{th Ave} on W. Meeker, and along 1st AVE host local makers, artists, and authors who specialize in nerd culture, horror, science fiction, fantasy — books, games, toys, and more.
